MULTI-DETECTION TOOL FOR VACUUM MOLDING
Tervia hub is a tool to be used during vacuum molding manufacturing. Designed for prepreg molding, it will prove very usefull for resin infusion or VARTM. It automatically detects the position of leaks in the vaccum bag, but also in a rigidtool such as RTM or RTM Light. It is usefull to run leak rate tests and qualify parts during production. It also measures the cure of the resin and sends email or SMS alarms when the part is fully cured.

Tervia Probe is a connector, creating a leak-free union between the bag, tubing and the hub. It has a twist and lock closure, with a teflon® plate, to further reduce risk of puncture on the bag while making your vacuum molding setup.
